The easy to use "plug and play" 2.45 GHz Microwave Frequency Evaluation Kit gives you the opportunity to explore the capabilities of Hyper-X™ Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) technology brought to you by Electro-Com RFID Technologies Australia.

The core of Electro-Com's Long Range RFID Evaluation Kit is the compact reader which is available in versions with 4 meter, 6 meter and 8 meter read distances. The Hyper-X™ reader has a standard serial interface (RS232, RS422/485) that can be linked to a computer, so you can read the tags using the demo software provided in this kit. The standard is a Modbus communications protocol and Universal Wiegand 26-bit output for access control.
