Electro-Com Australia has released a new range of outdoor enclosures onto the Australian market. They are compact, metal enclosures and come in a range of models. They are value for money, come ex stock delivery and we will provide a very competitive quote. The features of the different models are:

VS5000
- Ideal for the mining, traffic control and other outdoor based industries.
- Ideal for machine control.
- Flexible and cost effective.
- Some models available in stainless steel, for applications where hygiene and corrosion resistance are particularly important.
- The VS 5000 is a free standing enclosure with self supporting body.
- It has a monobloc construction with side panels manufactured from a single 6-fold profile.
- The rear is welded to the sides by means of a special section to form a protected sealed area.
- The E25 within the VS5000 range has a 10 fold profile welded body which is exceptionally rigid, good load bearing capacity and even force distribution during crane lifting.
- Standard fixing points for changing door hinge.
- Door may be interchanged for rear panel.
- Manufactured using electrogalvanised steel.
- Finish: powder painted RAL 7032 textured, internally and externally.
- Protection Category: IP55.
- Tested and certified.

VS9000

- Monobloc construction metal enclosure with sides manufactured from a single folded section.
- The rear panel is joined to the sides forming a protected sealed area.
- Made from electrogalvanised steel.
- Reversible door, opening 120° in either direction.
- Reinforced punched profiles installed in plain doors in models E9 and higher.
- Painted internally and externally with epoxy paint RAL 7032 textured.
- Protection Category: IP55.
- Tested and certified.

- Enclosure body formed from a single welded piece, thus automatically giving an excellent water/air tight seal.
- Reversible door, opening 120° in either direction.
- Reinforced punched profiles installed in plain doors in model E9.504020 and higher.
- Made from electrogalvanised steel.
- Painted internally and externally with epoxy powder paint RAL 7032.
- Protection Category: !P65.
- Tested and certified.

Product code E49
- Enclosure body formed from a single welded peice.
- Enclosure body and door electro-zinc plated, internally and externally.
- Installed with concealed 120° opening hinges.
- Painted externally with epoxy powder paint RAL 7032 textured.
- Closed body without cable gland plates or openings.
- Metal lock with earth continuity.
- Supplied with electro-zinc plated mounting plate.
- Special body-door gasket provides electrical continuity between door and body as well as water tightness and environmental seal.
- Earthing braid, connecting body and door, provides quality earthing and good EMC.
- Protection Category: IP55.
- Tested and certified.

- Enclosure body formed from a single welded piece without gland opening.
- Reversible door, opening 120° in either direction.
- Two vertical punched profiles installed in plain dors in models from 600mm high.
- Manufactured in AISI stainless steel.
- Scotch brite brush finish.
- Protection Category: IP65.
- Tested and certified.
